DESCRIPTION
Great property for a group of archery hunters in DE. Firearms were allowed on this property last year and the hunters were mainly waterfowl hunters and hunted on the borrow pit. The owner has decided to make the property archery only, mainly because the dogs in her kennel didn’t like the gunshots behind the kennel. For that reason this property is archery only. The hunters last year had a great year and also did some deer hunting. They were successful but leased another property of ours with a pond so they can hunt with their Labrador during waterfowl season which makes this amazing property again available. There are deer and turkey on the property and we have seen each when we’ve been on the property. It is posted and has been for over a year, so everyone including the neighbors know the boundaries. It also borders DE state land which is great because the deer are going to get pushed on this private property. It has a nice mix of oaks and holly trees and gets really thick on the Northeast corner. If you’d like to check it out, let us know.
