Half down and the balance due by the 15th of the following month or the start date of your booking, whichever is first. By booking this property, you agree to make the final payment as billed or forfeit your initial payment. All payments are non-refundable.

Booking a property through the Club requires Membership first. In addition to the Club Bylaws, you also agree to all Terms and Conditions detailed in the property listing. Pricing is subject to availability. If this property becomes unavailable for whatever reason during the term of your booking, then Club policy will dictate how a refund is issued/applied.

Person making this booking is responsible to request to add additional hunters and to ensure each hunter will REGISTER as a Club Member prior to accessing the property on or after the start date. Customary insurance for member is included in cost of Club Membership.
