Fantastic farm just outside of Dillsburg, PA in York County available for lease. Perfect opportunity for a parent and child or two hunters that have always been looking for a place to hunt close to home. This property boasts a lot of tillable land which tends to hold the deer on the property. I originally inspected this property in October and saw 7 deer on my initial inspection. It has some nice funneling on the property with some hedgerows and large woods that feed into a creek basin at the bottom. Buck rubs were evident throughout the property and we even saw some male pheasants on our second walk through. A PA state game land is North of Franklintown not far away and my guess is some stocked birds make their way down to this farm each fall which is quite a bonus. There is turkey on this property and they come and go like turkeys usually do on these farm properties. The property is a mix of hardwoods and is thick along the hedgerows and into the large woodlot. Best hunting likely would be to hunt the fridges as the deer come out to feed in the evenings or make their way to their beds in early morning. The property is posted and ready for someone to start hunting it. There are two parking areas which are marked with green stakes with pink painted on the top. One is at the outbuilding across from the large barn. The other is on a neighboring parcel we also lease along the field. That property is also being made available for lease now (48.42 acres) and both can be leased jointly by the same group of hunters if they prefer or if one is available.

ATVs will be permitted for stand hanging and retrieving large game ONLY. If you would like to inspect the property, you will need a parking pass. Please just email us your first and last name, phone number, and the day you would like to inspect it and we will get you a pass to lay on the dash of your vehicle.
