DESCRIPTION

Perfect starter property for someone looking to acquire their first lease.   This property has a decent mix of tillable to wooded acreage and is very easy to stage.  You would walk through the field to your setup and the deer will funnel from that woods into the field.  Very simple setup and is traditional farm hunting.  The farmer encourages harvesting your limit of does as we are trying to keep the crop damage to a minimum.  Big buck and turkey have been spotted in this area as well as several fox holes.
