Pricing is subject to availability. If this property becomes unavailable for whatever reason during the term of your booking, then Club policy will dictate how a refund is issued/applied.

Person making this booking is responsible to request to add additional hunters and to ensure each hunter will REGISTER as a Club Member prior to accessing the property on or after the start date. Customary insurance for member is included in cost of Club Membership.

DESCRIPTION

Most of the land in Lancaster County is tillable acreage and it is tough to find some land with wooded acreage.  This property has just that. The bulk of the property is in tillable acreage but there are some woods that run into the property and then also some edges to hunt when the deer come out to feed in the afternoons.  This property has a creek at the Southern portion of the property. Water like this is so valuable to the game and it should help hold the deer there. This is primarily a deer property with small game and waterfowl, possibly even some trapping.  We do not believe there are turkeys on this property.
