DESCRIPTION

There is corn planted in the front of this property along Telegraph Road.  The woods borders this field and then backs up onto another development.  The deer have to funnel through this patch of woods to get to other food or bedding so it makes it perfect to stage for Whitetail hunting.  This parcel would be ideal for a small group or a parent/child situation.  We did stage two parking areas to make the access easier on the property.  It has plenty of deer and turkey sign. This property is surrounded by suburban area so safety is very important on this tract.  The landowner would appreciate the lessees shooting as many doe as possible as there are way too many.
