DESCRIPTION

This is a perfect parent/child property in Luzerne county!  There are signs of deer, turkey and bear. This wooded property has a great mix of oak, maple, and hemlock trees. The hemlocks are very nice, green and not affected by insects. There is also a nice creek that runs through the property and tends to hold game. Upon inspection, there were plenty of deer tracks in the snow (as seen in pictures).
